Delivery Costs
PDF Patterns - Instant free download after purchase

UK Delivery for all physical goods - 48hr tracked service £3.25 or free with order value of £50+
24hr tracked service £5.50 all orders. Orders are shipped within 2-5 working days Mon-Fri. 24/48hr service indicates the delivery option chosen not the total delivery time as this excludes the time to process & pack your order.

International Delivery - £18.00 flat rate worldwide. (orders exceeding the weight of 2kg or over the dimensions for a "small parcel" sized package may incur an additional fee of up to £5 which will be requested during order packing & if not paid, we reserve the right to cancel your order)

For international orders outside of the UK, you are responsible to pay any additional fees in relation to import taxes or duties required by your country in order to receive your delivery. If you do not pay these charges & a delivery is returned to us, you will need to re-pay the delivery charge for us to re-send it to you, or you can choose to cancel the order & have a refund on the product cost but the original delivery charge will not be refunded.

Both our UK & International deliveries are sent by tracked services that provide proof of delivery. Carriers may vary depending on your location & order size. Large orders may be split into more than one package.

Shipping Policy
Our PDF patterns are available for instant download as soon as your purchase. Please ensure you have supplied a correct email address. If you have purchased both PDF items & other physical items from another of our item categories, the physical items will be posted & the PDFs will still be via instant download, you will not receive printed pattern copies.

Return & Exchange Policy
PDF patterns are non returnable & non refundable under any circumstances once a purchase is made. See our FAQs for further information.

Custom orders are non returnable and non refundable. This includes hand dyed fabric that has been dyed specifically on request, printed fabrics that have been ordered in a specific count or size on request & all needleminders. Needle minders are made to order only once a purchase is made & as such are non refundable as each is effectively a custom order, made specifically for you from the individual components once you make your purchase. We therefore do not accept needle minder returns other than in the event that your order is dispatched incorrectly & you receive the wrong item or if items arrive damaged. Incorrect items must be returned to us in unused condition & a correct replacement will be dispatched or a refund will be issued as per your preference upon receipt of the returned item. Please obtain proof of postage for your return.

All other physical items are returnable in their original packaging in unused/unopened condition within 14 days of purchase under standard UK distance selling regulations. Items are returnable at your own expense & a refund for the cost of goods will be issued as per your preference upon receipt of the returned item, original shipping costs / return shipping costs will not be refunded.
Please obtain proof of postage for your return.

If you benefitted from a free gift offer, the free gift must be returned along with the item that offer was linked to, in order for you to receive a full refund. Example 1: Offer for a free gift with every purchase over £30. If you return items from your order that result in your total spend on kept items no longer qualifying for the offer, the free gift must be returned also. If your free item (or ones similar) have a value of £6.50 in our shop, your refund would be the cost of items returned less £6.50 if the gift item is not returned. Example 2 : You buy a multipack offer on an item that is priced £5 each or 3 for £12. Multipack offer items must be returned in full otherwise you will be charged the standard individual item price for kept items. So in this example if you return1 of 3 items, the kept items will be charged at their full price of £5 x2 & your refund amount would only be £2 for the 1 returned.
